Shipping Policy

Dubai:

Orders to Dubai will be shipped same day if order is placed before 2pm and will receive free next day delivery.

Rest of UAE (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah & Furjairah):

Orders will be shipped next working day and should arrive the following day so a total of 2 working days from the order being placed and approved.

UK & Northern Ireland:

Orders will be shipped next working day and should arrive within 3-5 working days. You will receive dispatch & tracking information to the email and phone number provided on your order, please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout in order to prevent any issues with delivery, we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned, any reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Import taxes and Duty will be the customers responsibility if any.

Europe:

Orders will be shipped next working day and should arrive within 5-8 working days. You will receive dispatch & tracking information to the email and phone number provided on your order, please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout in order to prevent any issues with delivery, we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned, any reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
